With eight years of real estate experience and a heart for helping people through meaningful transitions, I specialize in guiding families as they move from their first home into the next chapter, as well as seniors who are ready to downsize with clarity and confidence. In addition to residential buying and selling, I have a strong passion for property management. I manage a 55+ HOA community and work closely with local rental properties, giving me a deep understanding of the unique needs of homeowners, investors, and residents alike. This hands-on experience allows me to anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and protect both property value and peace of mind.

At the core of my business is a simple goal: to listen carefully, simplify the process, and make each move as seamless as possible. By coordinating with trusted local vendors and building strong community relationships, I strive to create a positive, well-supported experience from start to finish and long after closing.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom to two energetic daughters. My husband and I own Eternal Tattoo in Fremont, and when time allows, we enjoy traveling together to tattoo conventions across the country. At home, our door is usually open. We love entertaining, gathering with family and friends, and staying connected to the community we call home.
